Addameer for Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association continues to monitor the escalating violations against Palestinian female prisoners in the occupation’s prisons. Currently, 36 Palestinian women are being held, including one minor under the age of 18. Among them are five women held under administrative detention without charge or trial, two pregnant women in their fifth month of pregnancy, and two women suffering from cancer—all without access to adequate medical care.

Regarding the conditions in "Hasharon" Prison, where female prisoners are temporarily transferred before being moved to Damon Prison, the detainees have reported being held in extremely filthy cells that lack the most basic standards of cleanliness. They are given only a mattress and a blanket to sleep with, under constant surveillance by cameras, with no privacy. They are subjected to harsh and degrading treatment, given poor-quality food, and subjected to repeated strip searches, constituting a blatant violation of their dignity.
