Yesterday, Monday, 30 October 2023, ADDAMEER sent an urgent letter to the International Committee of the Red Cross, requesting them to disclose the fate of 85 missing Palestinians following the start of the Israeli aggression. The letter included a list of 85 names of Palestinians from Gaza whose whereabouts have been lost since October 7th, and it is suspected that they are detained by the occupying authorities.
ADDAMEER urged the Red Cross to fulfill its responsibilities towards civilians and detainees, and to work on finding the places of detention of the missing Palestinians, determining their fate, and informing their families of their whereabouts and the conditions of their detention.
